Through high school and college Kim participated in various sports. As an athlete she developed a keen interest in the function and performance of the human body. She found that when she was injured she could seek out Massage/Physical/Athletic Therapy for her injuries and was always so intrigued by how the body worked and how it could heal. Combined with her compassionate nature and strong desire for helping others, Kim was lead to a career in Massage Therapy.. After completing the  program in 1997, she went on to have an array of experiences working in both clinical settings with Chiropractors in Vegreville and Red Deer Alberta also in spa settings on board Cruise Ships, 5 star Resorts in the Turks and Caicos and at Mountain Waters in Nelson BC. Kim has been self employed with Release and Restore for the last 12 years. She believes that combining all these experiences  have lead to become the professional she is today.
